Papillion Home Remodel

We bought a home that wasn't well taken care of with the vision to transform it into one of the nicest properties in Papillion. We not only increased the value by over $250,000, but also created a functional, fully updated home.

This meant starting pretty much from scratch. We gutted the house, and by the time we were done, nearly every surface was new, including the deck, flooring, paint, trim, countertops, appliances, light and plumbing fixtures, cabinets, sod, roof, and AC unit.

Entryway

Walking in, you'll see a grand entrance with an updated grand chandelier and new railing and spindles. We custom ordered 8-foot glass French doors, looking into a shiplap wall, and created a functional office, using all the square footage.

Kitchen

The kitchen layout didn’t make sense and wasn't functional for today’s market, so we switched up the layout and also added a breakfast/coffee nook.

Basement

We fully finished the walkout basement, opening it up with incredible natural lighting and adding a large wet bar for entertaining. This bar would be perfect for golfers to host, since the home is situated on Hole #2 of Tara Hills Golf Course.

Guest Bathroom

We updated the tile, flooring, countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and mirrors.

Guest Bedroom

Each guest bedroom had its own walk-in closet.

Deck

We knew we needed to update the deck, so we went big with two-tone, double border picture framed decking. Originally, the stairs landed in the side yard and you had to walk around, but we built the stairs to land on the concrete pad we poured. We tore out the old tie wall and put in a limestone wall at an angle to open up the backyard.

Garage

We created a dream garage with epoxy floors and hexagon lights to brighten the space and show off nice cars.
